The main objective of this system is to increase efficiency of business operation by 35%-40% by managing calls based on predictive dialing concept. By eliminating delaying factors like no answer, wrong calls, dnc, etc. automatically, system is connecting telemarketing team with available customers directly, hence an increase in productivity.
