smartData built the platform as cloud-hosted SaaS on React.js for web, React Native for mobile, .NET 8 services, PostgreSQL and Azure. Voice and text prompts are converted into structured invoices through optimised prompt templates with defined response schemas, and a mandatory review screen sits before generation so nothing is sent unchecked.
A configurable, database-driven tax engine handles GST, VAT, HST, ABN, EIN and custom rules, including multiple concurrent rates and localised formatting. Invoice status and payment events synchronise across web, iOS and Android through REST APIs with token validation and payment webhooks.
