smartData built the platform on Azure with .NET, MS SQL and Angular, matching clients to therapists from their own cultural and linguistic background rather than by availability alone. Consultations run over video, audio or text, with multi-timezone scheduling so a client abroad can book into a home-country practice.
Multi-level subscription plans and credit-based booking let clients pay for consultations in the way that suits them. Session notes are managed within the platform, and clinical information is stored and accessed under controlled, role-based permissions.
