Clinical Care Compliance

This software streamlines the workflow of a compliance company seeking relevant information and documents from the corporate customers and further processing. In the current phase of the project the compliance company (client) send e-mails to onboarded clients directly to the platform to fill-out a dynamic multi-page questionnaire and uploading relevant documents. Once the information is successfully submitted the TCO officer is prompted every 3 hours. If in case the information is not submitted or is incomplete then the corporates are reminded every 4 days. 

The coroporates can login to resubmit the form annually with pre-filled fields and can change as required. As the user moves forward to the next page of the questionnaire the field details are saved in real-time.

With this system, they combine Parcel Delivery & Ride Sharing covering both corporates & individuals. They started with one city and then launched their services at the national level covering the states of Australia. Also partnered with an electric vehicle company that is providing services in Australia.

The system is an intuitive multilingual conversational messaging platform that allows organizations to engage with customers easily via multiple messaging channels in 109 languages. It is managing real-time translation which eliminates language barriers and increased customer behavior.
