Predictive Dialing system has been developed for Australia based Real Estate & Financial Services provider. The main objective of this system is to increase efficiency of business operation by 35%-40% by managing calls based on predictive dialing concept. By eliminating delaying factors like no answer, wrong calls, dnc, etc. automatically, system is connecting telemarketing team with available customers directly, hence an increase in productivity.

A marketplace required a web & mobile platform for live video shopping, enabling sellers to engage customers in real-time and drive sales through interactive live streaming. The system needed to support product showcasing, live chat, social media streaming, and seamless order management. The objective was to increase customer engagement, boost conversions, and offer a seamless shopping experience through live commerce.
This system was designed to:

• Allow customers to view, interact, and purchase directly from live streams.

It is a tool for online certification and tracking of outcomes. It has both user and administrative modules. 

A visually captivating and interactive telepsychiatry platform for connecting clients with the right counselor using a reliable, secure, and easy-to-use virtual mental healthcare platform. A patient can communicate and consult with the therapists via video conferencing and chat messages. The platform is based on our in-house telehealth components to overcome distance barriers and improve access to mental health services. It also includes a dymanically managed podcast section and blog section to provide education and awareness to user on behavioral health.

It is a web-based interface for the configuration of data as per WHS need of the organization and mobile app that could be used by staff users to update data into the system using mobile-enabled forms.

The proposed system is offered on a subscription basis i.e. SaaS-based to various companies that want to manage their WHS data. It is a platform targeted to provide services related to workplace health and safety.
