Customers can raise residential/domestic, and commercial cleaning requests through the web and mobile app. There’s also an admin/franchisor interface that is managing franchisee, invoicing & financial, and worker management tasks. Customers can connect with the nearby franchisees in their suburbs and post requests based on their needs through their portal.

The primary objective of the proposed application is to enhance the safety and well-being of long-distance and courier service drivers by reducing the incidence of accidents through proactive health monitoring and driving aptitude assessments. The platform, accessible via a mobile app, will empower drivers to manage their daily vitals and ensure their readiness for driving by integrating multiple data collection methods:

1.    Manual Data Entry: A user-friendly intake form will allow drivers to manually input their vital information, with automated notifications based on the data collected.
2.    Camera-Based Monitoring: Drivers can measure their pulse wave by pressing a finger against the front camera, enabling real-time monitoring of pulse stability and fluctuations.
3.    Ring Device Integration: Drivers equipped with a compatible ring device can seamlessly upload vital data, ensuring comprehensive health monitoring.
