The platform enables both registered users (sender and receiver profiles) and non-registered users (NRU) to complete frictionless transactions. Real-time webhook-based transaction updates provide automated status tracking, phone OTP verification ensures secure user authentication for senders and receivers during onboarding, refund and dispute handling, and comprehensive transaction tracking across all user types. The solution includes payment method vaulting for returning customers and admin monitoring dashboards for transaction and user management. By leveraging PayPal Commerce Platform capabilities and payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay), the platform ensures PCI compliance, global payment support, and faster time-to-market while supporting flexible user registration models.
