An instant messaging app allowing users to exchange end-to-end encrypted and content-expiring messages, including photos, videos, and file attachments. This is a chat application that provides a secure communication platform for its users and users (user 1) can instantly connect with other users (user 2) 1:1 or in groups.

The goal is to provide quick, high-quality repairs for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, along with an easy way to buy and sell pre-owned electronics.

We are developing a comprehensive, NDIS-compliant CRM platform for allied health service provider in Australia, focused on supporting children and young people with disabilities through therapies such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Counselling, and Behaviour Support.

The platform streamlines end-to-end operations including client onboarding, service agreement management, therapist workflows, session scheduling, case notes, and compliance-driven billing. It enables accurate NDIS service code mapping, automated invoicing aligned with different funding types (Self, Plan, and NDIA-managed), and real-time budget tracking to prevent over-claiming and reduce payment errors.

Heaters E-Commerce Platform, a family-owned business established in 1990, specializes in providing high-quality heating solutions, including wood and gas heaters, outdoor heating options, and barbecues. The company sought to enhance its online presence by developing a user-friendly website that showcases its diverse product range, offers detailed information on services, and facilitates customer engagement. The objective was to create a digital platform that reflects the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The website was designed to:

• Showcase a comprehensive range of heating products with detailed descriptions and images.
• Provide information on services such as heater repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
• Highlight partnerships with renowned brands like Weber, Osburn, and Coonara.
• Offer contact details, showroom location, and operating hours for customer convenience.
• Ensure a responsive design for optimal viewing on various devices.

This project involves creating analytical reports and dashboards for retail sales and healthcare metrics. The store sales report tracks sales performance using key metrics such as total sales, targets, and period-based sales comparisons, with filters for date and location. The repair summary report provides insights into repair activities with visual charts and multiple filters. The top sales report highlights salesperson performance, while the top sellers report lists best-selling products. In healthcare, dashboards focus on patient-related metrics, engagement, and group analysis, offering insights into appointments, measures, and patient interactions with various filtering options for effective data analysis and decision-making.
