Large shopping centres deal with a constant flow of maintenance requests, tenant issues, and contractor coordination. In this case, the centre’s operations team needed a better way to handle tasks end-to-end – from logging and assigning issues to tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
To solve this, we developed a purpose-built digital platform that brings everything into one place. It simplifies task management, gives tenants a direct line for raising issues, and provides centre staff and contractors with the tools they need to stay on top of their work. Everything is tracked, nothing falls through the cracks, and everyone is accountable.

This project focuses on creating a dynamic and interactive business directory platform that serves as a bridge between customers and businesses. The platform aims to enhance local business visibility while providing customers with a seamless experience to discover, engage, and interact with various service providers.
The platform allows customers to search for businesses based on locations, view detailed profiles, and interact through reviews, ratings, and inquiries. Businesses can register, manage their profiles, subscribe to the service, and interact with customers. 
 

The platform is designed to enable businesses to purchase manage their referral processes. It provides a comprehensive solution for businesses to set up and manage their referral programs, track and verify referrals, manage rewards, and interact with referrers. The platform offers both a web and mobile interface, with role-based access for users, businesses, and administrators.

In today’s regulatory environment, ensuring that service providers meet all compliance requirements is critical. Our platform is designed to address the complexities of managing and tracking compliance documents, a task that is often cumbersome and prone to human error when handled manually.
The platform provides a comprehensive solution by allowing users to upload, store, and manage compliance documents in a centralized repository. The system automatically tracks the status of each document, sending reminders for updates and flagging any discrepancies or missing documentation. It is an Australian-based web and mobile solution targeted to streamline and automate services and in-house business operations of Residential and Commercial Franchise companies. Customers can raise residential/domestic, and commercial cleaning requests through the web and mobile app. There’s also an admin/franchisor interface that is managing franchisee, invoicing & financial, and worker management tasks. Customers can connect with the nearby franchisees in their suburbs and post requests based on their needs through their portal.

The major objective of this bilingual app is to prevent community spread of the virus. Anonymous users get registered and the app uses BLE to scan the nearby users. It notifies the user in case there is nearby any positive case in the last 14 days.
