Project aims to develop a comprehensive Mobile Workforce Management and Compliance Reporting solution tailored specifically for companies operating in the field of security services. This innovative platform will seamlessly integrate both web and mobile applications to enhance the efficiency, accountability, and compliance of security personnel in the field. 

With Mobile Workforce Management and Compliance Reporting solution, we aim to empower security service companies with the tools they need to optimize their operations, improve compliance, and ensure the safety and security of their clients. This project will enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ultimately lead to higher client satisfaction and business growth. 

In today’s regulatory environment, ensuring that service providers meet all compliance requirements is critical. Our platform is designed to address the complexities of managing and tracking compliance documents, a task that is often cumbersome and prone to human error when handled manually.
The platform provides a comprehensive solution by allowing users to upload, store, and manage compliance documents in a centralized repository. The system automatically tracks the status of each document, sending reminders for updates and flagging any discrepancies or missing documentation. Additionally, the platform supports robust reporting features, enabling government bodies and STRAT to generate detailed reports on the compliance status of all service providers in real-time.

The primary objective of the compliance process automation platform is to enhance the operational efficiency of the energy company's Energy Saving Certificate (ESC) process. This will be achieved by automating the collection, validation, and reporting of energy savings data related to lighting, air conditioning, heat pumps, and batteries. The platform aims to reduce manual processing time, minimize errors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately leading to improved accuracy in reporting and increased energy efficiency. 

This software streamlines the workflow of a compliance company seeking relevant information and documents from the corporate customers and further processing. In the current phase of the project the compliance company (client) send e-mails to onboarded clients directly to the platform to fill-out a dynamic multi-page questionnaire and uploading relevant documents. Once the information is successfully submitted the TCO officer is prompted every 3 hours. If in case the information is not submitted or is incomplete then the corporates are reminded every 4 days. 

The coroporates can login to resubmit the form annually with pre-filled fields and can change as required. As the user moves forward to the next page of the questionnaire the field details are saved in real-time.

With goal of building communities, Better Discussions is providing all required online tools to give personalized & interactive user behaviour.
